the check in staff were very cute and friendly food was good i found the location great with loads of free parking. the tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch i also appreciated the tv. the area was also very good i could easily walk into town.
the room did not have air conditioning so it was very hot i had a fan to help but it only did so much. the hotel itself was dated i felt it needed some tidying. from a cleanliness point of view it was fine.

My room was spacious and clean, just perfect! the staff greeted me with such warm smiles. plus, i really appreciated the convenient on-site restaurant. It saved me so much time after a long day. the location's proximity to the sea made for a nice walk.
The shower temperature fluctuated a bit in the mornings. It wasn't a major issue, but worth mentioning.

The staff was attentive. I requested a framed picture (it was a bit of a joke) of 80's David Hasselhoff at the bedside. They actually did it, and I laughed for a solid five minutes when I saw it. Parking was easy and the location was good.
The bath taps looked tatty. The wallpaper was starting to peel (signs of wear and tear, I guess). I found only one hand towel in the room.

the bathroom had some mold, which wasn't pleasant to see. also, the breakfast felt cheap. the coffee tasted quite bad, and i suspect the eggs weren't fresh. it makes me question if the price i paid was really worth it.

The family room was huge and clean. It featured comfortable furniture. I found a fantastic restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. I appreciated the quick 10-minute drive from the ferry after a long trip. The car park included CCTV. It. The hotel featured a 24-hour reception desk and door staff at the pub and restaurant.
I noticed a slight shabbiness in the decor, a minor detail.

The staff offered complimentary coffee in takeaway cups. The staff brought extra pillows promptly with smiles. They seemed happy to assist. I asked for some assistance, and staff was very helpful.
